What if we could combine all the power and effort of various organizations and governments. We could boost NGO’s causes and governmental efforts at the same time significantly – as resources can be reinvested into more aid material or in local projects. The potential is huge and the sky is the limit – together we could make a big difference for people in need. It would be an illusion to say, we can save every life – but we can save many! Organizations all over the world are doing a lot to improve people’s lives, but unfortunately, the number of sick peoples continues to rise. Hence, we are not fast enough and we don’t generate enough impact. Imagine we could fly medical teams and large amounts of medicine more regularly within hours to any place worldwide – instead of weeks and months as it is the case today. *** Fact ***Vision: 253 million people are blind or have moderate to severe distance vision. 1.1 billion have near-vision impairment simply because they don’t have a pair of glasses. 75% of all blindness is avoidable. 89% of people with visual impairment live in developing countries.Childhood Cancer: Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer. 13% increase in incidence of childhood cancer over the last 20 years. 6 years average age at diagnosis of children with cancer. Diabetes is a global epidemic, affecting an increasing number of men, women, and children all over the world. On many places humans cannot treated
well, because of missing equipment, missing hygienic conditions or because medical professionals do not have the knowledge. The combination of our medical mission concept contains also further training and education of local medical professionals.
As you can see, we do not only do surgeries and transport medicine, it is way more than that.
A solution to eliminate hunger is to establish fast and efficient point-to-point transportation including the delivery of larger amounts of basic food items more regularly. We also have to support local agriculture, farming, and access to clean water. Disease is often consequence from what we eat and drink. If people drink dirty water, they get sick. If people don’t have enough to eat, no vitamins and other essentials elements of one’s daily nutrition, they get sick.
Let’s create a basis for independent living by combining all our know-how, synergies and effort to improve today’s situation.
